People at the heart of our expertise

Preventing non-compliance, eliminating sources of pollution and analysing and preventing risks is the ambition that unites PRATICIMA and its stakeholders in a common project: working together.

As a supplier to healthcare establishments and to loyal users throughout the world, PRATICIMA is fully aware of its corporate responsibility and of the ever-increasing expectations of consumers with regard to societal and environmental challenges. With two production sites in France, our company favours local suppliers: 92% of our suppliers are European, 85% of which are French.

The company has chosen to place CSR at the heart of its new strategic plan in order to embed its project in a sustainable development model and position itself as a leader in sustainability.

Our values and commitments

Our employees are an essential resource for the smooth operation and development of our company. The cornerstones of our social policy are therefore respect for human rights and a healthy working environment, skills development through training, respectful conduct in terms of health and safety, and the maintenance of a work-life balance.

As a French healthcare company, it is our duty to contribute to strengthening local roots and providing decent employment: PRATICIMA works with a number of professional integration organisations in the area of disability.
Due to its active participation in the Sparring Foundation, PRACTICIMA can finance social projects (professional integration).
